Step 1: Complete a Pre-Travel Consultation Form

Step 2: Consultation Call
We’ll schedule a 30-minute call to talk about your ideas in more detail and learn how you like to travel.
Step 3: Itinerary Outline & Hotel Lookbook
We’ll begin with an initial sketch of your trip flow and 3-4 curated accommodation options in each location.
Step 4: Detailed Itinerary Design
Once you've selected your accommodations from the lookbook, your itinerary is built out according to your selected package. It's sent to you for review, with refinement until it's just right.
Step 5: Final Bookings & Itinerary Delivery
Bookings for tours, activities, and other services (depending on planning package), with delivery of a final, digital itinerary accessible on the go via the Fora Traveler App.
Step 6: Support During Your Trip
We’re available to support if travel plans go awry.

One consultation call and two rounds of itinerary revisions

How Our Fees Work
Our planning fees reflect your desired level of service and are tailored to the number of travelers, destinations, duration, and trip complexity. After your consultation call, you’ll receive a clear, personalized fee quote and outline of services for your particular trip.
For The Essentials package, we charge a $99 flat fee for a “hotel lookbook” with curated property options in your destination of choice. Thanks to our global partnerships, you’ll still enjoy perks and VIP treatment for select hotel bookings where available: added benefits at no extra cost.
For full trip design, our planning fee is what frees us to recommend the very best options for you: boutique hotels, off-the-beaten-path finds, and experiences that might not pay commissions. You can move forward with confidence knowing every recommendation is made with your journey in mind, not our bottom line.
